Space for every cat, and every household
Apple Blossom Cattery has been welcoming guests since 2019, building a trusted reputation for high standards of care and comfortable accommodation. We offer single, double and family pens, so we can comfortably house cats from single guests to larger households.
Following our 2026 upgrade the whole cattery is climate controlled, held at a steady, comfortable temperature through summer heat and winter cold alike. Our accommodation was designed and built by Pedigree Pens, the national market leader in cattery building.
Every pen is separated from its neighbours by full-length sneeze barriers, and a metre-wide safety corridor runs the length of the cattery — so there are always two closed doors between your cat and the open air.
External storm guards keep the pens dry in wet weather — and on fine days we drop or remove them, filling the cattery with fresh air and the scents and sounds of the countryside while everything stays secure. Paired with every pen’s clear outlook, that gives your cat what really matters about the outdoors — the air, the smells, the birdsong, the watching — without any of its risks.
Single & double pens
Spacious, ventilated double-size pens for individual guests and pairs, each with a warm sleeping area and room to stretch, climb and watch the world go by. Each double gives its guests 4.58 m² across the sleeping cabin, exercise run and shelving, and our cosier walk-in singles range from 2.6 to 3.5 m². Three pairs of doubles can link through an airtight internal access hatch to form 9.16 m² two-pen suites — the roomiest accommodation we offer.
Family pens
Five spacious family pens designed to accommodate up to four cats from the same household — or a mother cat and her kittens — so families can stay together. At 6.37 m² apiece, they are the largest individual pens in the house.
A peaceful place
We keep quieter areas for cats that prefer a calmer environment, so timid and nervous guests can settle in peace, away from the busier parts of the cattery.

Medication and ongoing needs, in careful hands
Our team includes members qualified in veterinary care, so we can confidently look after cats needing medication or special attention — insulin injections for diabetes, asthma inhalers and pumps, and similar ongoing needs.
